Rok temu przeszedłem na wegetarianizm i zdecydowałem się na założenie Instagrama z autorską fotografią jedzenia. Po dwóch miesiącach moje ambicje urosły i stwierdziłem, że założę bloga z przepisami... I trafiłem tutaj :)

Year ago i have turned vegeterian and two months ago decided on creating an Instagram account with my food photos. 
Today my ambitions have grew and i created this blog with original vegan food recipies
I hope you'll enjoy it :)
I started my day with this beautiful jar of superfoods. Chia glossy pudding with cinnamon based on ground flax seed turmeric pudding and topped with extremely delicious beetroot nicecream, sprinkled with cocoa nibs, goji berries and popped amaranth. Not only it has beautiful colours, it's full of healthy stuff. 
 Beetroots- my new obsession- contain a lot of iron and fiber, turmeric is benefitial for your immune system and speeds up your metabolism, just like cinnamon. Flax seeds are high in lignans and choline as well as in fiber and proteins. Amaranth is the oldest grain ever used by humans. It contains calcium, fiber, squalene, magnesium and vitamins from B group.
Chia seeds contain a lot of calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, proteins and even some Omega-3 fats. Raw cocoa nibs are high in iron, chrome, zinc, potassium, theobromine reducing stress and phenylethylamine, which is the hormone responsible for feeling of happines in brain. Goji berries are packed with great number of healthy substances- Omega-6 fats, LBP, phosphorus, proteins from 6 groups, iron, C, B1, B2, B6 and E vitamins, only to name a few. 
For the base i used a cup of hot water, to which i stired in two tablespoons of ground flax seeds, teaspoon of turmeric powder and half of a teaspoon of cinnamon. Next i sweetened it with agawa syrup. Chia pudding was prepared about 8 hours earlier; for one cup of water i used two tablespoons of chia seeds, teaspoon of ground cinnamon and agawa syrup for sweetness. Mixed it well and placed in fridge. Nice cream was made from two frozen bananas, tablespoon of powdered beetroot(you can buy it in supermarket or make it at home) and half of a cup of plant milk (i used almond milk, it's my personal favourite). Blended it all and placed in freezer for half an hour. Plating (or jaring) was quite easy; just follow the pictures. Love you all... I will come back soon!
